The accommodation is completely self-contained with its own private garden and balcony.  There is parking for 1 car.

Enjoy a romantic break for 2, wallowing in the luxury of lying in a comfortable bed looking up at the vast Norfolk skies lit with amazing stars. Look left and see fabulous sea views and right to see far across the Holkham Estate with its rolling fields.

Highfields has a cosy sitting room open to a fully fitted galley kitchen. There are TVs up and down both with Freeview plus a DVD player downstairs. You overlook your own private garden with pretty gravelled area with seating to enjoy your breakfast.  There is a lovely shower room with a marble washstand, large corner shower and underfloor heating.  All towels are supplied. Downstairs the ceiling is beamed and those over 6'2" may find the headroom a little restricting.

Upstairs is a fabulous light and airy bedroom with great views out to East Hills and the sea.  You can also enjoy your gin and tonic on the private balcony overlooking fields and farmland opposite with many horses, chickens and geese whilst enjoying watching the sun going down.

WiFi is available.

Highfields can accommodate 2 adults plus a child and/or baby.  A travel cot is available. We are happy to help with your particular needs - please ask!
