Price Includes: all linen, towels, tea towels plus tea, coffee, sugar, oil, bacon, free-range eggs and scones and butter.
Minimum 2-night stay. The studio is available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and departure is by 11.00am.
Travel cot and/or single bed available, if required.
Payment
A cheque for £50 deposit is required on all bookings, with the remainder being due 4 weeks before start date. If booking is less than 4 weeks away, then the full amount is required on booking.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel and it is more than 2 weeks before start of holiday, the deposit will be refunded. If it is less than 2 weeks till the start of your holiday, we will make every effort to relet, in which case we will refund your money. If we cannot relet then we will be unable to make a refund of the deposit.
